election - no wonder that the inner balance seems to have disappeared. It is especially important to remain calm in this stressful and hectic world or at least to come to your senses every now and then.

With the present Arsine Tibé album “Meditation I”, Manfred Thomaser offers music you may find helpful for taking a break from everyday life. The only included piece "The Garden Of Kara" is available in different mixes. There are three versions of this song of different lengths with a playing time of approx. 6, 12 and 40 minutes. The reason behind this is the approach that each track relates to a specific time of day. Perhaps the short version could help you start off the day, the medium version could help to slow down the evening or the extended version could accompany you on a trip to tranquil destinations. The idea for this arose from discussions with Renate de Graaff, who works as a life coach (www.allerbestes-leben.org).

From a musical point of view, the pieces are initially very unobtrusive. Peaceful synths and delicate sound (bowls) merge into a floating sound cloth that glides almost weightlessly. Subsequently, an exciting and hypnotic intensity develops which eliminates time and space. The extremely pleasant sound aesthetic is of course enjoyable with or without a mental superstructure.
